1- Do I need any riding experience to do the Polo Day?
For the Polo Day program (1 day) you do not need any riding experience. You will ride easy horses and a coach will be paying close attention to you. We will also provide you with equipment. You just bring your camera!
2- Do you speak English?
Yes, we do speak English besides Spanish. If you speak any other language, please let us know. We could arrange translation for you.
3- How do I make a reservation?
Send us an email to ruben@argentinapoloday.com.ar and we will book the day you chose. We are available every day!
4- How do I pay?
Send us a wire transfer in advance or pay the same day in cash (in dollar or pesos argentinos, as you prefer)
5- Is there a minimum number of people required to do the activities?
Yes. A Minimum of 2 people is required for the Polo Day.
6- How could I get there from the city?
We can arrange transport for you from where you are staying to the farm and back.
7- Do you have a vegetarian option for the meals?
Yes. We do provide a vegetarian option for the meals, for example a selection of salads and grilled vegetables. Or just let us know what you like!
8- What if my partner does not want to ride?
Do not worry, he or she could enjoy the swimming pool, enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride or just simply walk around the countryside
9- Are you open every day?
Yes. We do run our programs every day, from Monday to Sunday. We are closed only on December 25th and January 1st.
10- What happens if it rains?
It depends on how much it rains and when. We do not like cancelling our reservations so contact us and we can either try to re-arrange it or coordinate other activities.
11. Do I have to bring anything special for the Polo Day?
To ride and take the polo lesson more comfortably we suggest to bring jeans and snickers.
During Summer, if you would like to relax by the pool, please bring your swimming suit and towels.
We have a house where you could change in.
